This is a proper ring flash and not a ring led light. Flash duration is very short so you freeze the movement. This unit is powerful enough. You are able to use ISO 100 and aperture 8-16 without trouble. Will even work as fill in flash for ordinary photographs. Led ring lights usually have too few leds and led image may show in the photograph and light intensity is too low. Ring flashes suffer from lack of 3D but twin flash systems are very expensive. The flash uses Cokin P adapters so it is easy to replace a lost fixing rings. Unit is a bit bulky and could be slightly more powerful as it could duplicate as a ordinary flash too.
