I was looking for a Camera Grip / Batt Expansion for my Nikon 3100 and was told by retailers that there wss none made for that camera.

Then I stumbled upon this product in Link Delight.

I bought it and it rocks!

I'm loving this Grip ever since I bought it.

Just want to correct the other review. It does fit on a d3200.
I got it under my D3200. I do understand what the other guy means, first i thought it wasn't going to fit. But it does!

The cable is a bit annoying because on the D3200 the GPS slot (were the cable goes into) is the input at the bottem. Meaning the cable is too long for it to fit in nicely. So you have to bend the cable to make it fit. And that is a bit *oooh* because it's all plastic.

But overall it's a great product for a great price.

Vertical Battery Grip for Nikon D3100 ONLY!!! selling something that does not fit on a D3200. I bought this for my D3200 and it does not fit well on the body, and the battery cover storage is not for the D3200 cover. This is a Meike brand battery grip that fits perfect on a D3100 body.

I gave this away as a gift to one of my friends that owns a Nikon D3100. DO NOT BUY if you own a D3200, wait until any company makes one specific for that model.

Battery grip works great for portrait shooting!

This product is actually better than I thought. , the shudder release works well. But the this grip does make the D3100 feel like your actually holding something.

Excellent in that it adds size for me to the camera. I'm 6'2 and my hands are big. Very easy to assemble. It's the perfect battery grip you can have. It has all options that you can need.
