Using a pro studio flash barndoor Grid will allow you to control light cast of subject when attached to the front of the reflector of your light source. The more leaves on a barndoor set and/or the longer the leaves are, the light “beam” may be specifically controlled. Positioning of leaves will determine size of shaft light. Rotating leaves will determine the angle of the shaft of light. A 4-leaf barndoor provides more light control than a 2-leaf barndoor set. The barndoor fits a reflect diameter of 6” - 8” inch.
