This flash holder light stand mount+translucent umbrella has a 5/8" socket to mount a flash unit to any light stand. And can be attached to your light stand, insert your flash unit and umbrella and adjust your mount so it is at an optimum angle for getting great photographic results time after time. This unit is Made of anodized aluminum metal & ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)

This is a Blazzeo™ 33 " studio umbrella with transparent white face. The material is neutral and allows about 50% transmission. This umbrellas, which are lightweight, easy to use and assemble, provide a wide, even and soft illumination that is great for both portraits and group shots or for product shooting of larger objects.

This is a very piece of equipment, and very affordable. It's very easy to set up and adjust. I used this at a wedding reception along with a SB-900 in the corner of the room and I had no issues with this.
