I bought these batteries for use with a trustfire tr-j2. The batteries look solid and with good built quality. When charged they measure 4.25volts. Their internal resistance measures at 0.1-0.12ohm when charged. When I use them at the light (tr-j2) after an hour at the full setting (1amp approx) their voltage is at 3.6-3.7volts.
Overall nice cells.
