It is extremely bright and I love the fact that is uses the same battery that I use in my camcorder. Yes, you must be carefull because of the "light" construction. But you can't go wrong buying this light.

I wondered how well this LED light panel would perform and now that I have gotten my hands on it I have to say, it has met my expectations. You have complete control over the light intensity, not just 4 stages like the VL-126 which is really helpful when filming the reception dance parties.

For the price and brightness, you can't beat it. Filters and battery life indicator aside, good product with a fairly firm build.The filters are a nice added feature but they're as secure as you'd like them to be...

Arrived fast. I use this in my studio, the light is bright enough also controllable, powered by a heavy battery box, it is charged by four hours and become hot when it turns green. I do not know how long this battery can be used. But i got what i want. I will test how long it could be use with the power box by a single charge. And it offers a hot shoe stand to hold this light, good.

It gives good light for the price. Definitely good for quick interviews for news stories where you are fairly close to the subject. I would definitely buy a carrying case to protect it. rnrn
