I have a canon EFS 60mm F2.8 macro lens. Before I had a difficult set up for macro shots, moving the subject, moving the camera and tripod, it was a nuisance.
The macro focussing rail that I had seen was way too expensive to invest in one. The shots are so sharp and the camera and lens can easily be adjusted to obtain sharp focus at 1:1. I was doubting the quality of the lens, as I was only achieving a high miss rate, as the subject was out of focus.
At this price, any photographer can add this very useful gadget, that you will get great use of. I have rediscovered macro photography with this foccussing rail.
The rails are rock - solid, easily adjustable, easy to set, can take a substantial weight, excellent build quality and will improve your macro photography 1000%.
