I'm using this whit Fotomate macro rail and work perfect for horizontal placing, but in vertical the tightening isn't good and the camera lost position.

I am using this with a Canon Monopod 100 and a Panasonic FZ28.They make a nice little combo. All seems safe and secure. The thumb release is easy to use.
