Have used this with a Canon Legria (Vixia) HF S100. At full wide it gives a broad view with acceptable definition throughtout the picture frame. At even moderate zoom (between full wide with converter and the HF-S100 widest without) only the center view is in focus and the rest is soft and progressively out of focus. While this can be used for effect it is a clear weakness.
