This Trigmaster MX1C for Canon 600D/60D/550D is researched and developed by Aputure Company. It uses a 2.4G wireless frequency which is suitable for free channels in many countries. With 16 independent channels, many photographers can work together using trigmaster, operating efficiently at high speeds and long distance in a stable manner. When using a Canon camera to control the speedlight, the flash sync speed works up to 1/250s, and 100 meters remote distance (in open areas). It can work as studio flash trigger, as speedlight trigger or as wireless remote. I ordered this product after I saw a demo on a blog. I wanted a new system that would be easier to upgrade than my "el cheapo" lights from ebay. If I bought more strobes or flashes, it would be simple to buy another receiver and know I'm getting a product that will work with my existing triggers without design/spec changes. (this happened before!)

These work great for me so far. I have not tested them in very far distances or multiple signals, but i am satisfied so far. I'd recommend this for beginners who don't know what they're doing yet and amateur-pros who can't afford pocket wizards yet
