I can shoot all day with this strap connected to my rig, very comfortable compared to other expensive straps.

pros: very comfortable material. makes your heavy rig feel much lighter.

con: strap is connected to tripod mount, feels abit scary if your using a heavy rig. might damage camera tripod mount.
