First off the battery grip is very light so it doesn't help a huge amount with the balance but hey, you get over it. The only downfall is that to use the side shutter button on the grip you have to have the little cord plugged in which is a pain so I don't find myself using it.
The remote trigger is a life saver but if you read the reviews you find that the metal but on the plug comes off very easily. it came off when it was in my camera so I had to pull it out with pliers. It works fine with it off. The hand strap I havent used much but the whole package is def worth it because of the price!
