I love this panoramic head and case, so compact. For this price is amazing, absolutely not overpriced as competitors. You can easily find your focal point, the bubble level on horizontal plate is very useful. I wish, I have a proper user manual.

For the price this is amazing value. To beat this panoramic head you will have to spend nearly $1,000 for an automated unit!

If you use it in conjunction with the Fotomate macro track, you will have the ultimate accuracy of finding your nodal point I have found.

I have read a lot reviews and looked at lot of panoramic heads in internet. Almost all of panoramic heads you can find there are just overpriced. Except this one. It is very well built and is rock hard. No wobble or flex at all. I like its modular system, it extremely versatile for such inexpensive head.
Rotator clicks are not very pronounced, but that not a problem at all. Rotator has a grease inside, that may solidify when outside are minus temperatures making rotatig tight.
No doubt, there are no other panoheads with such a high price/quality ratio and with so many features as this fotomate panohead.

build quality is very good packaging is also nice ... only problem with this head is no manual available to configure it so we have to depend on internet .... other then this excellent product... i wish a proper user manual is there in box... Release plate is again not standard so can not leave it on camera permanently ... and it is quite big compared to other.... Bubble level on horizontal plate is useful.

Fast, no hassle delivery to Canada. The photos do not show it assembled properly with a camera attached. But it DOES have all the adjustments to allow you to set it for your camera/lens nodal point perfectly. Built like a tank, rock solid, greater range of adjustments than some competitors. I have it attached to a Nikon body with a battery pack at the bottom and this device handles it perfectly.

I received the product very late because it got stuck at the customs. After opening the parcel The first look of the case was very impressive. One of the plates had some scratches on it. But overall built quality was good. But had to do a lot of head banging in figuring out the assembly for the spherical panorama. I think a detailed manual would have helped a lot. The kit is quite robust and offers various options for mounting the camera. The rotating base should have more options for angle of rotation. Over all I am happy with the product. The support staff was quite helpful in emailing me the documents required for the custom clearance. Pleasant experience shopping with link delight.

Excellent product. Very solid. The only complaint I have is that the bottom of the rotating head that mounts onto the tripod is completely smooth, not rippled. Make sure it is mounted tightly on the tripod or else after extensive rotation the grip could loosen.
