If you can't afford a top of the range manfrotto head, this one is hands down the best alternative. It's tough and smooth, fits perfectly on my slider unlike some more renowned brands that have thumbscrews in awkward places. Had a bit of trouble with postage, as it got lost for 3 months, but linkdelight were on top of it, and sent it again, which arrived after a week.

Creo que como cabeza de trípode para cámaras como la 550D, que es la mía con soporte para baterías y objetivos largos, es perfecta. Tiene un tamaño manejable y su muelle de retorno es perfecto. Quien ande pensando en comprar una la recomiendo. Calidad precio 10. Aconsejo comprar el rail de macro para balancearla correctamente ya que las DSLR tienden a cabecear por culpa de las ópticas.

this fluid tripod head is the bast bang for buck out there.
