I actually bought this on special offer through the ebay shop, which made it a real bargain, although I did have some doubts before it arrived about the build quality at the price, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. Even the plastic parts, such as the matte box, seem strong and given the fact that cameras I'm using (Canon 550D and Canon HV30 video camera) are both reasonably lightweight, it keeps the whole package light. My only complaint would be the shoulder stock, which isn't particularly comfortable but is bearable. Trying to make one size to fit all and keeping costs down is a small concession to pay, but as I don't really intend to use it for long stretches at a time I can't foresee this being a real problem.

Very good quality/price relation the item has been sent fast and the costumer service helped me when i had questions, i recommend this product to anyone that wants a cheap solution to a dslr rig besides it's highly customisable!
