- Output Power Fine-tuning Function: If the 8 output power can't meet your demand, you can press "+" or "-" buttons to fine tune the output power of the flash with step length of 1/8 ev in order to obtain finer exposure control

- Manually Set the Zooming Position: By pressing “- ZOOM +”, the focal length of the flash will switch in 24, 28, 35, 50, 70, 80, 105mm

- Reflection Flash: you can take photo by making flash light head aimed at wall or ceiling and using the light reflected back from the ceiling or wall to light the desired object, so that the shade behind the object is decreased to get more natural shooting effect
- Using reflection board to take photo: when shoot portrait, draw the reflection board and the wide-angle diffusion board out from the light head, and produce a highlighted point on the eyes to make the eyes charming; the function can reach optimal effect when the flasher head is up 90°
- Use Wide-angle Diffuser to get softer and more natural pictures
- Rear-curtain Sync (for the rear-curtain sync setting, refer to your camera manual for setting)
- Overheating Protection: When the controller is used too frequently, its overheating protection function will be triggered, and the controller will be locked. Please wait for about 3 minutes to cancel the protection
- Power Saving Function: In M mode, flash light will enter sleep state when keep idle 3 minutes; in S1/S2 mode, if idle for 30 minutes, the flash will auto shut down (power saving mode ON)

The unit is a basic off camera flash. From my little testing it did work ok.It seems to drain more on the batteries than my Sony flash.The light output is ok but about 10% lower than the sony HV-58Remote trigger with an other flash was hit and miss.The unit is rather fast to move into sleep mode. not easy when you work on a complex setup. you trigger with long exposure just to realize that the flash did not work.

The first time I used this flash was at an outdoor wedding. The area had a large amount of trees casting shadows. I used this flash to fill in these shadows and it worked very well.

This flash, although inexpensively priced, is a great addition as part of a flash system. It can be triggered, through the slave function, to fire off when another flash fires. I am able to successfully use this method with my Canon 580 EX II.

Fast Recycling; Consistent Output; Lightweight; Strong ConstructionI have had consistent results with this flash. The results I get by using it as fill-flash are just incredible and consistent.
