Honey bees are known for making honey. Honey bees rely on plants and plants rely on honeybees. When ever a bee flies to visit flowers, it takes little bits of pollen and nectar between the plants to help cross-pollination.
Photography of bees as they go about their business can’t be an easy affair. You may capture a bee's backside several times before you get a picture that shows the insect at its best. Pre-focusing on a flower when honey bees are active, and then waiting for the arrival of a likely subject, is an effective technique that requires patience.
