  • Single Shooting: Switch on receiver to any position of OFF/ON and press shutter button to take photo.

    • 3.Multi-Channels Control:
  • The canon 50d/30D/7D wireless remote has strong anti-interference function and has 16 channels for choose. It is extremely useful for several photographers working nearby. Each photographer could choose their own channel to trigger off shutter release of the camera they are going to use without triggering others' because of overlapping signals.
How to use:
  • Shutter Release Function: Different from the infrared remote control, this radio-triggered wireless remote has function of shutter release, two modes are available:
    A. Half-press the transmitter's button for auto-focus (the LED on both transmitter and receiver turns green), then press it completely for taking picture (the LED turns red).
    B. Bulb shutter, setting you camera to Bulb mode, and long press the transmitter's button, bulb starts since the LED turns red, repress when the long-exposure is completed.
  • Single shooting: Set to On position on receiver (red light on). Half-pressing shutter button on transmitter for focusing (monitor light turns to green). Fully pressing to take photo (monitor lights of transmitter and receiver turn to red)
  • Five seconds delay: Switch the transmitter mode to “clock”. Half-pressing shutter button on transmitter for focusing (both lights turn green) and fully pressing shutter button (light turns red). Camera will take photo in 5 seconds
  • Continuous shooting: Set camera on continuous mode. Set to On position on receiver. Fully press shutter button on transmitter (light on transmitter turns red) for 3 seconds until monitor red light off. The camera operates on C mode. To release C mode, half-pressing the button on transmitter
Bulb mode- for long exposure:
  • 1. Switch the camera to Bulb mode
  • 2. Press it all the way for 3 seconds until the Red LED on the remote control goes off
  • 3. The receiver is in bulb mode now. (Indicated by Red LED on the receiver)
  • 4. Press the button again to close the shutter.
Some circumstances to use this Multi-function, high-tech remote:
  • Use in family or group, self-portrait or including your children and pets photography
  • Use for macro shooting - eliminates camera shake or in dangerous locations
  • Use in B mode for night piece shooting
  • Use in children photography: grasp a breath when they enjoy their selves
  • Use in wild animal photography and can easily conceal yourselves somewhere else

This is my second Aputure Pro remote kit. The first was stolen in Rome. The unit works perfect! Very handy for taking tripod shots when you don't want any shake. The ability to be behind the camera (or anywhere in range) is especially useful. I see no difference in this unit compared to the Canon model except the excellent price. Expect a little delay in receiving as it does ship from China.

Thank you LINKdelight! It was a little tough to cross reference this for my Canon 10D. I purchased an AP-WR3C for the 10D and decided to buy this upgraded design to support a future camera upgrade (available trigger cords). This will not disappoint. It works flawlessly. But the smaller AP-WR3C is also a real GEM. As in other reviews - These folks are leaders in HQ low cost camera accessories. Have no fears. They have the logistics of global order fulfillment down to a science.
