Fine product, easy to install and use, however, the function of the remote and what is written in the manual is not the same, I had to try out different approaches to make it work. If you want to use Timelapse function, you first have to set LE function to something (not important what) then you have to set number of exposures to 00 and activate, and then you can use the timelapse function. Have to say though, when you find this out, it works just fine.

I own the original Canon version of this for my 5D-II, I cannot see any difference in quality and performance. This is at the fraction of the cost of the Canon brand. I wonder if they are made by the same company?

This is a great product. It was easy to figure out how to use it. Yes, I actually read the instructions. People complain about not being able to turn the device off but I think it work fine and since it is a timer, it shouldn't use much more battery power than a watch.

Many are recommended heavily by the timescapes boards, which, if you haven't discovered yet, is a fantastic resource for timelapse enthusiasts.
WOW! That is literally the exact one I have, but mine says canon on it and cost me $129.
