What is a Coupon?

A coupon is a valued but intangible bond by which you can buy products with a specific rebate or discount. In short, you can use it to buy products at a lower price than the current selling price.

How can I get coupons?

There are several ways to get Linkdelight Discount Coupons:

What is the LD Points?

LD Points are rewarded for signs up, purchase, reviews, joining newsletter and other promotional campaigns. It can be used as cash when you buy something on linkdelight.com, 100 Points=1 USD.

How can I get more LD Points?

First, you should register on LinkDelight.com to create an account to manage your points. Points can be earned by any of the following ways:
1, Purchase Products: 1 USD = 1 LD Point
After successfully submitting payment for an order, your Focal Points account will be credited. Points can be earned on every purchase you make with us. Points will be relevant to the order amount. If your order is paid in another currency, it will be transferred to US dollars for the purpose of counting points. For every $1 spent, you will earn 1 point (rounded up). For example, if you place an order for $15.8, you can earn 16 LD points for the purchase.
2. Newsletter E-mail Subscription: 10 LD Points
3. New registered customer: 50 LD Points
4. Product review, For text review: 20 LD Points; For image review: 20 LD Points
5. Confirm receipt of your order: 10 LD Points
6. Upload a video about our products: 100 LD Points.
7. Join our Campaign: Please note that if you join any of our website campaigns, you will have a chance to earn points. Points vary per campaign.

How can I use my coupons or LD Points?

When you’ve chosen your items and are ready to checkout, you’ll first go to the Shopping Cart page. On checkout page, you can use Coupon and redeem LD Points to reduce order price.
100 LD Points equal to 1USD, and the points can be used to buy any product listed in our site. However, your redeemable max points are always 50 percent of the order amount. For example, the order total you have placed is $20 and you have 1500 LD Points, your available max points are still 1000 LD Points for this order.
Coupon code consists of letter and number. When you check the shopping cart, you will see a frame under the selected items, you only need to fill with the coupon code, and submit then system will automatically cut down the coupon price.

Why have my points not been updated?

It occasionally takes longer to update your points. If there’s any problem concerning your points, please contact us.
Why can’t my coupon be used?

-It is blocked
-It has expired
-The requirements for using this coupon have not been satisfied. For example, if you have a coupon to save $5 on any $50 order, you cannot use this coupon unless your order amount is greater than or equal to $50.

Are there any requirements to use a coupon?

Yes. We have some requirements for using a coupon and we’ll communicate this with you when we release the coupon. The requirements include:
-The expiration time
-The amount of purchase required to use the coupon

Where can I check my LD Points or coupons?

You can check your LD Points and coupons in "My Account"→"My Points"; "My Account" →"My Coupons".
If you signed in when you check out on the shop cart page, you’ll see the quantities of LD points you have. There is a button “View Your Coupons”.

How many points can I use in one day?

Each customer can redeem up to 20,000 points each day (including the points be exchanged for a coupon or gift).

Can I still keep the points if the order has been refunded?

If the customer’s current point total is zero, points will be deducted from the refund amount, according to the rate of 1 point=$0.01.
If the refund amount (count the integer) is more than the customer’s current point balance (which is above zero), all the points will be deducted from the refund amount, according to the rate of 1 point = $0.01.
If the customer’s current points are greater than or equal to the refund amount (count the integer), the equivalent amount of points will be deducted from the point balance according to the refund total.

Should I use the older coupon first if I have many coupons with the same discount rate?

If you have several coupons with the same discount, the system will automatically use the one with the earliest expiration date no matter which coupon code you input.
