Please see below the latest message from the UPU Emergency System concerning the situation in London UK

The designated operator of Great Britain asks us to inform the designated operators of other Union member
countries that it may experience delivery problems as a result of rioting in areas of London. The full impact
of this is still being assessed, and at the moment Royal Mail has not invoked any suspension of guarantee on
its services. However, all designated operators should be aware that, over the next 24 hours, delivery delays
are likely in the following areas:

CR2, 3, 4 & 6

E4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 15 & 17

HA1

IG1 & 11

N15, 17& 22

NW1 & 5

RM1, 9, 10, 13 & 20

SW2, 4, 9, 10, 12, 17

SE6 4, SE8 3, SE13 5, 6&7, SE14 5&6, SE15 4&5, SE18

W5

Also, a number of post offices in some of the affected areas were forced to close early yesterday and may remain
closed today. These are as follows:
