I bought the kit as well as an extra receiver and they worked right out of the box, great for firing my Canon 430 EXII's, can't beat price and frequencies available very little chance of someone having the same frequency in use with 16 different choices.

comes with all cables required to work with strobes as well. Makes for a great choice.
