Does exactly what it says, but the pin to keep it on the hotshoe is too long on mine. It's very difficult to remove from the hotshoe of the camera. I will need to trim the piece to make it work.

These are great for using the older Minolta flashes I had. You can pick up a bunch of cheap flashes on eBay and use them in Manual mode.
