How to Track Your Order ?

View My Order

If you are a register member of LinkDelight.com and have purchased order(s) through our secure check out process, you can view your order status in the "View my order " entry in your account center. There you can find your lasted order status and order details in the table, also can check your order history.

Review all of your LinkDelight.com orders history by signing in to your account. You must be a registered customer to access your order history.

Our orders are usually shipped out from Hong Kong. If your order has been shipped out, we will update the tracking number (if has) in the order details page meanwhile will notify you by email.

Mail Tracking


1. View Ship Out Notice

Please input the tracking number (both letters and numbers, maximum 13 digits, for example: EE123456789HK) we sent to you in blew box to view the ship out notification of your order.

2. Tracking your order transit details

Online tracking information on the delivery status of registered mail/parcels sent overseas is available for selective destinations. If you want to get further transit information about your package, you can connect to the mail tracking website of the destinations below directly and input the tracking number to get more details. For destinations not on the list, tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong. (Refer to above 1)

Note: most of the tracking websites serve Speedpost service only.

3. About order that has no tracking number

For the orders without tracking number, we also will update in your order details page the date when the order left our warehouse and also notice you by email, but we are sorry that it could not get the transit details, so please you wait patiently, according to our experience it usually will take 7-14 business days to deliver to most destinations (except backland), however, it would cost more time in case some reasons such as holiday, vacation, areas or delay in custom etc.

FAQ:  Why do I get no information when I input the tracking # in the tracking website?

We will offer customers the tracking number (if has) as soon as the package left our warehouse. As courier(eg. HK Post) need time to process and record the track information in their online system ,it may make you can not track the parcel immediately as soon as the tracking number generated, so it should be better if you wait some moment (1-2 days) to track the order delivery status.
